United States Return/Refund Policy: 

All sales are final. Items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a significant issue with the item that was not explicitly disclosed in the listing description and was not caused during shipping.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages, or delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. USPS and UPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier coverage unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping insurance through Insurance Shield is available at checkout for buyers who wish to ensure full coverage beyond the carrier's included protection.
