All sales are final. Items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a significant issue with the item that was not explicitly disclosed in the listing description and was not caused during shipping.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages, or delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. USPS and UPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier coverage unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping insurance through Insurance Shield is available at checkout for buyers who wish to ensure full coverage beyond the carrier's included protection.

As legally required by the European Union, orders can be requested for cancellation prior to fulfillment. Customers must make an account before doing so.

We offer deposits to hold items for up to two (2) weeks. Deposits are equal to 20% of the item's purchase price and are non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed hold period, the item may be relisted and the deposit forfeited. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is and may show signs of age, wear, storage, repairs, alterations, or previous use. Any notable flaws will be disclosed to the best of our ability.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and provided measurements before purchasing. Reviewing measurements is essential, as tagged sizes may differ from actual fit due to age, shrinkage, alterations, or brand-specific sizing. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted for fit, sizing, or personal preference issues.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings. Minor variations in color are not considered grounds for a return or refund.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will not be refunded if a package is refused or abandoned.

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed and the item has been shipped.
