When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address and the details of your order. When you use our consignment, sell, trade or middleman services we collect the information and images you submit, including any proof-of-ownership you provide. When you leave a review we collect your name/handle and, optionally, your email.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, who handle your payment information directly and securely.

We use your information to process and ship your orders, to send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping and delivery), to review consignment and sell/trade submissions, to display approved reviews, and to respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use a single essential cookie to keep the admin account signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart. These are strictly necessary for the site to work. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Payment pages hosted by Stripe and PayPal may set their own cookies when you check out; those are governed by Stripe's and PayPal's own privacy policies.

We share data only with the service providers that make the shop run: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Resend (sending transactional emails), and Railway (hosting and database). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and meet legal and accounting obligations. Consignment and review submissions are kept while relevant to our services. You can ask us to delete your data where we are not required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
